Hi, I'm Eugenia.
I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in helping women lose weight, reverse diseases caused by lifestyle, and reduce risk for disease in the future. I do this through a personalized yet evidence-based nutrition changes with a focus on whole foods with the majority being plant-based.
I'm here to help you lose weight in a way that also happens to reduce your cancer risk, reverse chronic diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes, and is helpful to the environment. Nutrition can be complicated, and I take joy in helping average women find their personalized plan for sustainable, long-term weight loss and health.
How Coaching Works
Through food logs and custom recipes, we will identify the ideal balance of foods for you to get to and maintain your ideal weight with ease.
We will identify emotional factors for food decisions and plan for working through them.

I will work with you to overcome any plateaus you face in your weight loss, as well as create habits that will help sustain your weight loss.
